Erin Mays is co-founder of Ebco and is a design strategist and researcher with deep expertise in innovation and product design.  Erin has worked with top clients such as SC Johnson, Ziploc, P&G, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Samsung, among many others. She specializes in leading comprehensive research programs using an array of methodologies including in-depth interviews, ethnographies, collaborative work sessions, and usability testing.
